I send text messages to people who have given me their mobile number and agreed to receive them. These are ordinary conversational messages — confirming arrangements, following up on something we discussed, or replying to a message you sent me.
I do not send marketing or promotional messages, and I do not message anyone who has not asked to hear from me.
You opt in by giving me your mobile number directly — in person, by email, or by texting my number first — and agreeing that I may text you. You can also text START to my number to opt in.
Message frequency varies and depends on what we are in contact about.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and then no further messages. To start again, reply START.
