This policy explains what information I collect when you contact me or agree to receive text messages from me, and what I do with it.
I collect only what you give me directly: your name, your mobile phone number, and your email address if you provide one. I collect this so that I can reply to you and send you the messages you asked for.
I do not buy phone numbers or email addresses from anyone, and I do not collect information about you from other sources.
If you give me your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, I use that number only to send you the messages described in my SMS Terms & Conditions.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance.
I do not sell your information, and I do not rent or trade it.
I use Twilio to send and receive text messages, so your mobile number passes through Twilio's systems in order to deliver a message to you. Twilio acts as my service provider and does not use your number for its own marketing.
I may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety.
I keep your contact details for as long as we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards for my own records. I delete them on request.
This site and my messaging are not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
